Since the 1950's, Mustang Baseball has been a successful program in the Pioneer League, Bay League, Ocean League with multiple CIF appearances in every decade. 60+ players since 2010 have gone on to play at Division I Colleges. Two Costa Baseball alumni from the Class of 2019, Jared Karros and Chase Meidroth, and one alum from the Class of 2020, Petey Halpin, have been drafted by the MLB.

With the addition of Coach Diver and his coaches to the program in 2023, the future looks bright with a wealth of talent on the teams and a spotlight on the players and program.
